What is included in the booth package?

All physical booth packages include: booth structure, company name sign, basic lighting, one power outlet, one table, two chairs, and listing in the festival program. Additional furnishings and utilities can be purchased separately.

Can I choose my booth location?

Booth locations are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Premium locations are available for an additional fee. You can indicate your preference during registration, and we will do our best to accommodate it.

What support is available for international exhibitors?

We provide extensive support for international exhibitors, including: visa invitation letters, logistics support, customs clearance assistance, bilingual staff (English and Chinese), and connections with local partners. For Chinese exhibitors, we have dedicated Chinese-speaking staff to assist with all aspects of participation.

What are the payment options?

We accept multiple payment methods including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), bank transfers, and mobile money (for East African exhibitors). Payment plans are available for early registrants.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations received 60 days before the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received within 60 days of the event are non-refundable. You may transfer your booth to another company with written notice to the organizers.
